- Create a plan to exceed regional sales targets
- Own the sales cycle from lead generation through contract close
- Show prospective customers how Cribl delivers value
- Communicate Cribl’s value proposition to technical and executive stakeholders
- Deliver accurate forecasts and meet sales goals
- Work occasional nonstandard hours to support activity across time zones
- Develop customer-focused solutions and long-term relationships
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least four years of quota-carrying enterprise security sales experience with Security, SIEM, observability, and IT decision-makers such as CISOs and CIOs
- Experience at an early-stage startup with fewer than 1,000 employees or a demonstrated entrepreneurial track record
- A consistent record of securing five or more new logos annually
- Capability to manage complex, multi-stage sales processes
- Experience with channel-led sales motions
- Ability to generate territory demand and sell solutions that were not previously budgeted
- Experience applying the MEDDIC sales methodology
- Ideally based in Tennessee and located within the assigned territory
