Manage GE Vernova service contracts across administration, claims, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Coordinate with customers and internal service teams while supporting tenders, proposals, and contract risk modeling.

- Oversee contract terms and conditions
- Administer customer claims
- Develop and carry out risk modeling for contracts and projects
- Manage contract estimating for tenders and project reviews
- Protect profitability and customer satisfaction across assigned contracts
- Oversee service agreements and time-and-material programs
- Support sales campaigns, tenders, and new contract proposals
- Address customer concerns promptly
- Serve as the link between internal teams and customers
- Coordinate with customer service, parts and transactional services, field service, repair service, and related teams
- Translate technical information for customers and other stakeholders
- Potentially supervise a junior team

- Knowledge equivalent to a bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited university, or a GED with at least six years of experience in the relevant job family or function
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
