  • Generate new business opportunities through co-selling
  • Support customer follow-ups and active opportunities with Account Managers
  • Research prospective accounts in depth
  • Develop knowledge of industries targeted for prospecting
  • Attend strategic on-site customer meetings
  • Join account-mapping sessions with leading partners
  • Participate in partner and customer territory events
  • Oversee day-to-day product sales activities
  • Keep clients informed about product lead times
  • Coordinate client and prospect meetings with the Account Team
  • Help drive the designated monthly pipeline target
  • Attend networking events within the territory
  • Deliver customer and market research to Account Executives
  • Host networking events and increase attendance
  • Create SFDC opportunities while Account Executives are in the field
  • Submit deal registrations
  • Follow up on open sales opportunities
  • Support company sales campaigns and SPIF programs
  • Join joint sales meetings with assigned Account Managers
  • Meet with assigned Account Executives to plan customer sales activity
  • Complete sales training delivered by tier-one partners and NRI Sales Architects
  • Support post-sale order processing for products and services
  • Handle additional responsibilities as assigned

  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable professional experience
  • Three to five years of technical experience
  • Demonstrated success in both prospecting and account development
  • Previous experience selling services and solutions
  • Experience working with C-suite executives and/or director-level stakeholders
  • Strong negotiation capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of the relevant industry, products, or services
  • Experience managing teams or leading cross-functional client initiatives
