  • Lead recruiting from initial sourcing through offer acceptance
  • Proactively source candidates instead of relying solely on applications
  • Screen and interview prospective hires
  • Coordinate assessments and candidate follow-up
  • Develop pipelines for difficult-to-fill roles
  • Work directly with hiring managers throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain accurate and organized ATS records
  • Recruit for plumbing and skilled trades, field and inside sales, customer service, dispatch, installation, and operations roles
  • Find candidates through Facebook groups, trade communities, local job boards, competitor research, referrals, social media, direct outreach, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and other creative channels

Talablar

  • At least three years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting for U.S. companies or clients
  • Demonstrated outbound sourcing experience
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, and ATS platforms
  • Experience sourcing through Facebook, social communities, or other nontraditional channels
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Fast, resourceful, and highly self-directed work style
  • Recruiting experience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, construction, skilled trades, or sales is a strong advantage
  • Availability Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time
  • Ability to complete a brief recorded video interview if invited
