Tavsif

  • Communicate with customers, suppliers, associates, and other individuals or groups through verbal and written communication
  • Implement area business plans by communicating goals, managing staffing and schedules, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads
  • Oversee daily HR office administration, including benefits, hiring, transfers, terminations, and payroll
  • Execute and improve recruiting and staffing programs
  • Investigate and resolve employment concerns raised by applicants, associates, and managers
  • Apply company HR policies and maintain accurate, confidential personnel records
  • Help implement and maintain compliant HR systems and applications
  • Collect information and data related to HR issues
  • Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates receive training on Logistics and company policies, standards, and procedures
  • Monitor compliance and maintain related procedures and documentation
  • Resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns by consulting stakeholders and recommending corrective action when appropriate
  • Supervise and develop associates and leaders through task assignment, workload coordination, performance monitoring, feedback, instruction, support, and policy modeling
  • Assess training and development needs and participate in hiring, promotions, coaching, instruction, and associate and leader evaluations
  • Develop high-performing teams and promote a sense of belonging
  • Build trusting relationships and communicate with impact, energy, and positivity
  • Attract, retain, empower, and develop employees

Talablar

  • Associate’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field plus 1 year of supervisory experience; or bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field; or 2 years of Walmart Logistics management experience; or 2 years of supervisory experience including 1 year managing human resources processes; or 1 year of Walmart Stores, Inc. human resources experience
