Walmart’s Human Resources Office Manager will oversee HR operations for a transportation facility in Sealy, Texas, including staffing, payroll, compliance, and associate development. The role covers recruiting, employee relations, training, HR administration, and workforce support.

- Implement area business plans by communicating goals, managing staffing and schedules, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads
- Oversee daily HR office administration, including benefits, hiring, transfers, terminations, and payroll
- Execute and improve recruiting and staffing programs
- Investigate and resolve employment concerns raised by applicants, associates, and managers
- Apply company HR policies and maintain accurate, confidential personnel records
- Help implement and maintain compliant HR systems and applications
- Collect information and data related to HR issues
- Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates receive training on Logistics and company policies, standards, and procedures
- Monitor compliance and maintain related procedures and documentation
- Resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns by consulting stakeholders and recommending corrective action when appropriate
- Supervise and develop associates and leaders through task assignment, workload coordination, performance monitoring, feedback, instruction, support, and policy modeling
- Assess training and development needs and participate in hiring, promotions, coaching, instruction, and associate and leader evaluations
- Develop high-performing teams and promote a sense of belonging
- Build trusting relationships and communicate with impact, energy, and positivity
- Attract, retain, empower, and develop employees
- Promote integrity, ethics, compliance, and accountability

- Associate’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field plus 1 year of supervisory experience; or bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field; or 2 years of Walmart Logistics management experience; or 2 years of supervisory experience including 1 year managing human resources processes; or 1 year of Walmart Stores, Inc. human resources experience
