  • Oversee a portfolio of more than 200 dental accounts in the Super Solo segment
  • Improve Net Revenue Retention through structured account planning and proactive customer engagement
  • Use business data and customer feedback to develop targeted account engagement plans
  • Guide doctors through pivotal customer-journey moments with strong service and sales skills
  • Find and deliver upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Increase the number of active doctors and users within dental practices
  • Sell additional scanners to existing practices
  • Develop trusted relationships with dentists and strategic accounts
  • Recommend consultative solutions and negotiate commercial terms
  • Test approaches designed to reduce customer churn
  • Build knowledge of dental-practice operations and the digital dentistry market
  • Partner with Sales, Training, Customer Support, and other cross-functional teams
  • Test tactics, talk tracks, and use cases that support customer retention
  • Gather customer insights and share findings that inform product improvements
  • Participate periodically in Dandy offsites, industry events, and customer visits

Talablar

  • Bring at least four years of dental-industry experience in Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or another dentist-facing role
  • Demonstrate success expanding accounts through upselling and portfolio growth
  • Be comfortable spending more than 60% of the workday speaking with clients by phone
  • Show a strong desire to understand customer pain points in depth
  • Use data and dashboards confidently to guide decisions and outreach
