Billing Manager – Dublin (Hybrid)

Oversee NAV and AUM billing calculations, reconciliations, and client invoicing for Waystone’s investment services. Work with finance, operations, legal, and global billing teams to resolve queries and maintain accurate revenue processes.

ERP

Tavsif

  • Manage client Net Asset Value (NAV) and Assets Under Management (AUM) data for reporting, analysis, and billing calculations
  • Reconcile client AUM and NAV data and investigate discrepancies
  • Prepare Management Company billing calculations and related revenue activities
  • Coordinate ancillary revenue information
  • Provide ManCo fee calculation outputs to Billing colleagues for client invoice preparation
  • Work with Business Development, Relationship Management, Onboarding, Local Finance Teams, and Legal
  • Handle client queries about ManCo fee calculations and help resolve billing discrepancies and customer disputes
  • Apply required billing policies, procedures, and controls consistently
  • Prepare invoices in the Financial ERP system using the required coding standards
  • Keep billing calculation records accurate and support internal audit activities
  • Contribute to the Global Billing & Collections Team
  • Coordinate with Group Finance, the Director of RFS Revenue, Financial Controllers, and Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Support the annual audit process by responding to queries promptly
  • Work across the Waystone Group and contribute to Group projects
  • Help improve Billing & Collections processes, including calculation policies, procedures, and technology systems

Talablar

  • Bring 3 to 6 or more years of experience in financial reporting, fund accounting, or fund administration
  • Have experience with a fund administrator, asset manager, or Big Four firm and exposure to fund structures
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of NAV and AUM calculations
  • Have experience with revenue recognition and fee calculations, preferably in a ManCo, asset management, or fund services environment
  • Sage Intacct and Salesforce experience is helpful but not required
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Manage competing priorities effectively while meeting deadlines
  • A professional accounting qualification is preferred
