Area Retail Associate, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana
Support PUMA’s Hyderabad-area stores through sales performance tracking, visual merchandising, inventory control, operational support, and retail team training.
Tavsif
- Report to the Area Sales Manager or Regional Manager
- Support daily operations across multiple PUMA SIS locations
- Monitor KPIs at the SIS level
- Help SIS teams reach sales targets by strengthening service and selling skills
- Review SIS performance and share findings with the Area Sales Manager
- Maintain consistent visual merchandising standards across all SIS locations
- Partner with the visual merchandising team on seasonal updates, campaigns, and product launches
- Review SIS displays and develop corrective action plans where needed
- Support stock replenishment, inventory counts, and shrinkage control across SIS locations
- Identify fast- and slow-selling products and help balance inventory between stores
- Escalate stock shortages and discrepancies to the Area Manager
- Deliver floor-based training for new and existing Retail Associates
- Strengthen product knowledge, customer service standards, and selling techniques
- Assist with performance coaching for SIS team members
Talablar
- A graduate degree is preferred, particularly in business, retail, or marketing
- Two to five years of experience in retail operations
- Experience with multi-store, SIS, LFR, or supervisory retail operations is advantageous
- Ability and willingness to travel daily or weekly across assigned stores
- Availability for flexible schedules, including weekends and peak retail periods
