Tavsif

  • Confidentially organize and maintain files and databases
  • Handle email and telephone communications
  • Screen calls, route them appropriately, and record messages
  • Arrange appointments, meetings, and reservations as needed
  • Accept deliveries and sort and distribute incoming mail
  • Welcome visitors, respond to inquiries, and maintain a friendly environment
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed
  • Receive invoices and verify their accuracy
  • Arrange staff transportation and accommodations for business travel
  • Prepare reports, documents, correspondence, and invoices
  • Manage calendars and provide day-to-day support to staff

Talablar

  • High school diploma or GED is required
  • Associate degree in Business Administration
  • At least two years of clerical, receptionist, or office experience
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and demands
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience with data entry
  • Working knowledge of standard office equipment
  • Ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand while performing administrative tasks
