Opis

  • Analyze labor, Social Security and occupational risk prevention laws, internal policies and corporate initiatives to support implementation.
  • Develop procedures, protocols and updates covering labor relations, Social Security and occupational risk prevention.
  • Advise Line Managers, HRBPs and Centers of Expertise, and respond to their queries.
  • Take part in labor and health and safety audits.
  • Draft legal opinions, reports, disciplinary, transfer and dismissal letters, and proposals concerning early retirement and employment termination.
  • Research and interpret regulations and case law.
  • Prepare, review and negotiate collective bargaining proposals, agreements and pacts.
  • Negotiate restructurings and reorganizations, including collective dismissal and temporary layoff procedures and substantial changes to employment conditions.
  • Manage potential internal disputes, including work stoppages and strikes.
  • Respond to labor inspections and inquiries from other government bodies.
  • Lead or oversee court proceedings within the role’s area of responsibility.
  • Represent the company in conciliation, arbitration, mediation and external forums.
  • Track HR key performance indicators, analyze metrics and coordinate action plans.
  • Meet safety, health and environmental commitments and standards.

Zahteve

  • At least eight years of substantial labor relations experience.
  • A law degree, plus a master’s degree in human resources and occupational risk prevention.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Good command of computer tools.
  • Barcelona residence preferred.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Willingness to travel between company sites nationwide.
  • Strong negotiation skills, strategic perspective, ability to manage workload and conflict.
  • Service orientation, flexibility, independence, responsiveness and a focus on reaching agreements.
