Opis

  • Help public-sector healthcare organizations align their workforces with the communities they serve
  • Plan healthcare workforce needs and assess staffing requirements
  • Evaluate capacity across physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing, and allied health
  • Guide recruitment, retention, succession planning, and leadership development
  • Review compensation benchmarks, incentive plans, and provider productivity
  • Design organizations, clarify roles, and plan workforce deployment
  • Analyze labor markets and healthcare workforce supply and demand
  • Advance healthcare access initiatives in rural and underserved communities
  • Build workforce development partnerships and assess their programs
  • Connect workforce investments to service delivery through strategic plans
  • Deliver strategic assessments, advisory work, workforce studies, and implementation support as client needs and contract awards require

Zahteve

  • Substantial experience in healthcare leadership, workforce strategy, human resources, physician enterprise management, or related consulting
  • A record of results in workforce planning, compensation, recruitment and retention, provider utilization, or organizational improvement
  • Experience applying workforce or operational data to decision-making
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to turn analysis into practical recommendations
  • Government or public-sector experience is preferred but not required
  • Relevant experience may include public hospitals, academic health systems, community health centers, workforce organizations, or rural healthcare programs
