- Respond to routine customer questions by phone, chat, and email
- Investigate customer payments, short payments, and cash application details, then share findings with the relevant department or customer
- Receive and process customer payments
- Explain processes and troubleshoot common questions about programs and systems
- Provide support across teams in a fast-paced environment
