Description

  • Respond to routine customer questions by phone, chat, and email
  • Investigate customer payments, short payments, and cash application details, then share findings with the relevant department or customer
  • Receive and process customer payments
  • Explain processes and troubleshoot common questions about programs and systems
  • Provide support across teams in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of help desk or customer service experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Self-motivated approach to work

  • Strong organization and research skills
  • Experience managing a high volume of incoming calls and emails
