Develops training, certifications, performance measures, and AI tools to support Yelp’s advertising sales teams. Improves sales readiness and productivity across distributed US teams.
Descriere
- Design and deliver classroom and virtual enablement programs for sales teams.
- Support B2B sales development and certification through facilitation, content, processes, practices, and tools.
- Create metrics and reports to assess program effectiveness and return on investment.
- Collaborate with leaders in advertising sales, customer success, operations, product, and marketing.
- Use varied teaching methods and formats to engage a distributed sales organization.
- Update and maintain sales enablement materials.
- Create and deliver content for the internal wiki and newsletters with colleagues.
- Keep up with digital marketing, Yelp products, and sales practices.
- Collect business feedback and use it to improve enablement programs.
- Put in place the strategy, programs, processes, practices, and tools that help Emerging and Partner sales teams sell Yelp advertising.
Cerințe
- At least 5 years of leadership experience on a sales or sales-adjacent team.
- At least 3 years of sales enablement experience.
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Experience developing enablement curricula and materials for instructor-led, eLearning, and self-directed training.
- Experience building and launching AI tools for broad user groups.
- Experience coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, maintain attention to detail, and stay organized.
- Ability to evaluate enablement effectiveness and demonstrate return on investment to stakeholders and leaders.
- Industry certifications in instructional design, curriculum development, performance improvement, and relevant content areas.
- Advertising sales experience is strongly preferred.
