Descriere

  • Lead delivery, installation, and lifecycle service activities across assigned fleet, rental, and dealership segments.
  • Deliver installations on schedule, maintain SLA compliance, expand delivery capacity, and meet cost targets.
  • Oversee planning, resource allocation, safety, and quality for installation and maintenance work.
  • Complete rental and dealership installations within two days and fleet installations within four days.
  • Define clear scopes for maintenance support visits and ensure timely, first-time-right completion.
  • Serve as the operations counterpart to Sales and Implementation.
  • Validate sales commitments, surface risks, and convert commitments into executable operating plans.
  • Manage Field Service Engineers and Service Operations Coordinators.
  • Maintain 80% utilization, ensure technical readiness, and build effective capacity plans.
  • Manage installation partners and contractors while monitoring vendor cost, quality, and execution.
  • Improve on-time delivery, first-time fix rates, and cost per installation through corrective action.

Cerințe

  • At least five years leading field operations, service delivery, or technical operations teams.
  • Experience managing distributed Field Service Engineers or other technical field teams.
  • Background in automotive, fleet, rental, dealership, or a comparable operating environment.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional work across Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, and Operations.
  • Experience with capacity planning, resource allocation, and operational forecasting.
  • Strong knowledge of SLAs, KPIs, and operational performance measurement.
  • Experience managing high-volume deployment, installation, or field service programs.
  • Experience overseeing third-party vendors, contractors, and installation partners.
  • Proficiency with ERP, CRM, or Field Service Management systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and escalation-handling abilities.
  • Willingness to travel to on-site locations as business needs require.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related discipline preferred.
  • PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or another project management certification is a plus.
  • Ability to work in or around vehicle service areas, rental facilities, dealerships, manufacturing sites, or warehouses.
  • Ability to occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds and perform bending or reaching tasks.
  • Ability to work in changing environmental conditions and use personal protective equipment when appropriate.
