Technical Recruiter at Ambient Security
Lead full-cycle hiring for engineering talent at Ambient Security, using AI-powered sourcing and recruiting analytics. Build candidate pipelines and support hiring across Engineering, Product, and Design.
Descriere
- Work with Engineering leaders to set talent priorities, hiring plans, and sourcing approaches.
- Manage recruiting from candidate sourcing and screening through offer acceptance.
- Use AI sourcing tools and workflows to improve candidate research, outreach, and insights.
- Develop knowledge of software engineering fields to evaluate technical candidates.
- Create a strong candidate experience while handling equity discussions and the pace of startup growth.
- Monitor recruiting metrics, funnel results, and market signals to inform hiring decisions.
- Recruit talent for Ambient Security’s Engineering, Product, and Design teams.
Cerințe
- At least three years of technical recruiting experience.
- A record of sourcing, engaging, and hiring high-caliber engineering candidates.
- Practical experience with AI sourcing platforms such as Juicebox or SeekOut, or comparable tools, and AI assistants such as ChatGPT or Claude.
- Experience managing technical searches from entry-level through director roles across engineering disciplines, including sourcing and closing.
- Skill in building relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and business partners across cultures and time zones.
- Experience with Ashby, Juicebox, LinkedIn Recruiter, Metaview, and curated platforms such as AngelList.
- Ability to write persuasive job descriptions and structured interview guides.
- A strong grasp of equity at venture-backed companies.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth company.
- Strong organization and comfort building and presenting recruiting dashboards and pipeline reports.
- Excellent written and spoken communication.
- Ability to advise hiring managers, challenge their decisions when needed, and align cross-functional partners.
- Ability to work in the Redwood City, California office every Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
- Must state whether U.S. employment visa sponsorship will be required.
