- Lead the end-to-end design process, from collaborative research and concept development through testing, journey documentation, developer partnership, and post-launch UX measurement.
- Support the growth of other designers through coaching and mentorship.
- Facilitate design critiques and raise the quality of the overall customer experience.
- Map customer journeys and develop interactive prototypes.
- Run user testing and assess the likely success of proposed product launches.
- Create and deliver polished, engaging products with a high standard of craft.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of a scalable design system.
