Apraksts

  • Lead the end-to-end design process, from collaborative research and concept development through testing, journey documentation, developer partnership, and post-launch UX measurement.
  • Support the growth of other designers through coaching and mentorship.
  • Facilitate design critiques and raise the quality of the overall customer experience.
  • Map customer journeys and develop interactive prototypes.
  • Run user testing and assess the likely success of proposed product launches.
  • Create and deliver polished, engaging products with a high standard of craft.
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of a scalable design system.
  • Carry out both qualitative and quantitative user research.
  • Define and track product success measures from customer and business perspectives.
  • Work with the Head of Product Design and Product Managers to align on objectives, priorities, direction, and feedback.
  • Maintain pattern libraries and style guides, keeping documentation current.
  • Evaluate release performance, capture insights, and recommend subsequent product enhancements.

  • Ability to work through complex product challenges and identify the most important problem to solve.
  • Strong visual design and user interface execution skills.
