Senior Dental Practice Consultant - Pittsburgh Hybrid
ProspHire seeks a senior consultant to improve dental practice operations, revenue cycles, and practice management systems. The role leads implementations, data migrations, process improvement, and project delivery for dental clients.
Descriere
- Build effective relationships with clients, vendor partners, and ProspHire stakeholders through strong communication and disciplined project management.
- Analyze client operations to document current and future states, optimize clinic processes, and define practice management system requirements.
- Evaluate client data and create migration plans that support accurate, compliant transfers from legacy systems to new practice management platforms.
- Advise assigned clients on dental practice operations and practice management systems.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams of practice experts through practice management system planning, configuration, and implementation.
- Configure data structures, workflows, and operational processes to support client needs.
- Create client standard operating procedures that improve efficiency and promote consistency across multiple practices.
- Work with clinical and technical teams to develop tools, processes, and reporting approaches that support accurate coding and billing.
- Use process improvement, system migration, and change management expertise to produce sustainable, measurable client outcomes.
- Oversee assigned project activities from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
- Keep projects aligned with ProspHire plans, statements of work, and delivery methodologies to support client success and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the PM and PMO on project plans, status reports, deliverables, issue escalation, and risk management.
- Lead project meetings as needed to maintain clear team coordination.
- Communicate project progress, issues, and risks to client leadership and ProspHire stakeholders.
- Complete other related responsibilities as assigned.
Cerințe
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a closely related discipline.
- At least five years of experience delivering medium- to large-scale business solutions in consulting, working with a dental service organization, or implementing practice management systems.
- Hands-on experience with dental practice management platforms such as Denticon, Open Dental, Dentrix, or Epic Wisdom.
- Practice management system implementation expertise; Agile and Scrum experience is preferred.
- Proven ability to manipulate and analyze data, including supporting data migrations during system implementations.
- Track record of developing and sustaining professional client relationships.
- Experience with organizational change management and process improvement.
- Experience applying project management methods and tools to deliver work objectives.
- Ability to promote a positive team environment and encourage open communication.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with people with varied personalities and working styles.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% based on client requirements.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
