Senior B2B Paid Advertising Strategist (Remote in Colombia)
Lead paid media strategy, optimization, and measurement for Power Digital Marketing’s AI-native growth marketing clients. Manage major advertising channels, client relationships, strategic recommendations, and junior talent development.
Descriere
- Lead performance marketing strategy and execution across major client accounts
- Perform detailed quality assurance to prevent errors that could affect client revenue
- Monitor budget pacing and recommend budget adjustments when needed
- Develop proactive strategic recommendations for assigned advertising channels
- Analyze campaign data and client-specific sources of truth, including MMTs, to produce actionable insights and recommendations
- Maintain client testing roadmaps and manage related next steps
- Apply advanced expertise in attribution, incrementality, contribution analysis, measurement frameworks, MMTs/LRAs, and channel-specific best practices
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
- Lead strategic discussions about media buying, performance opportunities, and optimization plans
- Escalate performance risks at an early stage
- Act as a strategic leader within the department and account teams
- Complete new business appraisals for the paid advertising product as needed
- Coach junior team members and participate in team ceremonies
- Implement recommendations from the solutions roadmap
- Use AI technologies and incorporate Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem tools and methodologies into daily work
Cerințe
- 4–5 years of digital marketing experience, including at least 3 years in an agency environment
- At least 3–4 years of hands-on experience managing two or more paid advertising channels
- Experience with Google/Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, and other relevant paid advertising networks
- Experience in bid optimization, keyword research, ad copy development, campaign strategy, and campaign optimization
- Proficiency with Google and Microsoft Office suites
- Proficiency with Google Analytics
- Expert understanding of funnel marketing and the role of paid media within the marketing funnel
- Ability to derive meaningful insights from marketing data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Self-motivated approach and strong desire to succeed
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Confidence presenting to and communicating with clients
- Strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly and independently
