Sales Supervisor, Virtual Engagement Solutions – India
Lead Medtronic’s virtual sales team and strategic customer accounts across India. Oversee regional growth, sales pipelines, coaching, and commercial initiatives.
Descriere
- Lead and develop a team of 6–7 remote sales representatives to meet annual plan targets across assigned regions.
- Grow strategic customer accounts through virtual engagement.
- Work with commercial leaders and teams across business units to identify growth opportunities and deliver market development initiatives.
- Build Medtronic’s presence in new and underserved accounts through targeted remote engagement and customer outreach.
- Track sales pipelines, account targeting, opportunity progress, forecasts, and reporting.
- Coach direct reports through performance management, skills development, and sales effectiveness initiatives.
- Use sales data, market trends, and customer insights to find opportunities for revenue growth, market share gains, and process improvement.
- Plan, coordinate, report on, and implement Virtual Engagement Solutions projects and operational initiatives across supported businesses.
Cerințe
- Bachelor’s degree and a strong academic record.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience.
- At least 5 years in team management, product marketing, sales leadership, or commercial management.
- Preferred: Experience in medical devices, healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or a related industry.
- Preferred: Experience managing inside sales, remote sales, contact centre, virtual sales, or customer engagement teams.
- Preferred: At least 3 years managing, coaching, and developing teams of 6–7 or more direct reports.
- Preferred: Experience supporting multiple business units, product portfolios, or matrixed commercial organisations.
- Preferred: Knowledge of account development, market expansion, customer engagement, and data-led sales performance management across diverse regions.
- Travel of up to 25% for business reviews, team activities, customer meetings, and stakeholder engagement.
