Lead Full-Stack Engineer (Mexico, Remote)
Lead development of new features with TypeScript, React, and Next.js, while integrating AI and building scalable solutions for CRH Talento en IT clients.
Descriere
- Lead the team’s adoption of AI and integrate it into development workflows.
- Work with teammates to design and build scalable front-end and back-end services.
- Develop new features, review code, and share knowledge with the team.
- Work closely with clients to understand requirements and provide progress updates.
- Maintain high standards for code quality, testing, and documentation.
- Adapt to changing business needs and help improve development practices.
Cerințe
- Strong experience as a lead full-stack developer, particularly with TypeScript, React, Next.js, and modern web technologies.
- A good understanding of AI capabilities and hands-on experience contributing to AI-related solutions.
- Ability to identify effective uses for AI and understand the requirements for building those solutions.
- Comfort working across the stack, with proven back-end experience; Python or Go experience is preferred.
- Experience with scalable cloud services and microservices, preferably on AWS.
- Focus on code quality, automated testing, and continuous delivery (CI/CD).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a team and work directly with clients.
- English proficiency at B2 level or above.
