  • Lead the team’s adoption of AI and integrate it into development workflows.
  • Work with teammates to design and build scalable front-end and back-end services.
  • Develop new features, review code, and share knowledge with the team.
  • Work closely with clients to understand requirements and provide progress updates.
  • Maintain high standards for code quality, testing, and documentation.

Talablar

  • Strong experience as a lead full-stack developer, particularly with TypeScript, React, Next.js, and modern web technologies.
  • A good understanding of AI capabilities and hands-on experience contributing to AI-related solutions.
  • Ability to identify effective uses for AI and understand the requirements for building those solutions.
  • Comfort working across the stack, with proven back-end experience; Python or Go experience is preferred.
  • Experience with scalable cloud services and microservices, preferably on AWS.
  • Focus on code quality, automated testing, and continuous delivery (CI/CD).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a team and work directly with clients.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or above.
