Opis

Lead the team’s adoption of AI and integrate it into development workflows.
Work with teammates to design and build scalable front-end and back-end services.
Develop new features, review code, and share knowledge with the team.
Work closely with clients to understand requirements and provide progress updates.
Maintain high standards for code quality, testing, and documentation.
Adapt to changing business needs and help improve development practices.

Zahteve

Strong experience as a lead full-stack developer, particularly with TypeScript, React, Next.js, and modern web technologies.
A good understanding of AI capabilities and hands-on experience contributing to AI-related solutions.
Ability to identify effective uses for AI and understand the requirements for building those solutions.
Comfort working across the stack, with proven back-end experience; Python or Go experience is preferred.
Experience with scalable cloud services and microservices, preferably on AWS.
Focus on code quality, automated testing, and continuous delivery (CI/CD).
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a team and work directly with clients.
English proficiency at B2 level or above.
