Descriere

  • Create and maintain complete BI solutions, from data models and semantic layers to reports and dashboards.
  • Oversee daily Power BI and analytics delivery, taking responsibility for quality, schedules, and budgets.
  • Identify and raise project risks promptly.
  • Build and improve data pipelines and transformation workflows with Microsoft Fabric components.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI datasets, reports, and dashboards with attention to performance, usability, and scale.
  • Connect data from multiple source systems to the analytics platform and maintain those integrations.
  • Gather business requirements and turn them into technical BI solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Maintain data quality, consistency, and governance across BI work.
  • Improve query speed, data refreshes, and overall platform efficiency.
  • Help move legacy BI assets to a modern Microsoft Fabric architecture.
  • Coordinate with data engineers, analysts, and IT teams to align BI solutions with business goals.
  • Take part, as needed, in proposal submissions, business alignment calls, verification, client skills reviews, and project-specific technical assessments.
  • Provide ongoing business support, including customer experience guidance and market insights.

Cerințe

  • At least five years of business intelligence development experience, particularly with Microsoft BI tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, including Data Factory, Lakehouse, Warehouse, Dataflows Gen2, and Power BI semantic models.
  • Strong Power BI skills, including DAX, Power Query (M), and report and dashboard design.
  • Strong SQL skills, including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
  • Experience designing and maintaining data models, including star and snowflake schemas, and semantic layers.
  • Familiarity with ETL/ELT workflows and data integration practices.
  • Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance principles.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Microsoft certifications such as PL-300, DP-600, or DP-700 are preferred but not required.
  • Azure data services experience is optional and considered an advantage.
  • Tableau or Qlik experience is an advantage.
  • Python or R familiarity for data analysis is an advantage.
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum teams.
  • Availability to work within CET ±3 hours.
