- Respond to incoming calls and warm sales leads
- Discuss customers’ insurance needs with them
- Recommend suitable coverage, products, and benefits
- Turn sales leads into policyholders
- Represent the Liberty Mutual brand
- Match customers with products tailored to their needs
- Start paid remote training on your first day
- Complete insurance licensing training if you are not yet licensed
- Work in an office or from home, adjusting to schedules and policyholder needs
Cerințe
- At least 2 years of sales- or service-related work experience
- 2–3 years of sales experience is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to persuade and engage others
- Clear communication with both prospective and current customers
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational abilities
- Proficient typing and computer skills
- A Property and Casualty insurance license; training is available for candidates who are not licensed
- Residence in one of the specified hiring locations
- Remain in your state of residence for at least one year before moving
- Availability to work four weekdays and one weekend day
- A professional workspace or room with a dedicated desk
- Wired high-speed internet with at least 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload speeds
- Satellite and mobile internet services are not accepted
- Availability to work the designated shifts
