Complete insurance licensing training if you are not yet licensed
Work in an office or from home, adjusting to schedules and policyholder needs

Requirements

At least 2 years of sales- or service-related work experience
2–3 years of sales experience is preferred
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to persuade and engage others
Clear communication with both prospective and current customers
Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational abilities
Proficient typing and computer skills
A Property and Casualty insurance license; training is available for candidates who are not licensed
Residence in one of the specified hiring locations
Remain in your state of residence for at least one year before moving
Availability to work four weekdays and one weekend day
A professional workspace or room with a dedicated desk
Wired high-speed internet with at least 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload speeds
Satellite and mobile internet services are not accepted
Availability to work the designated shifts
