  • Recommend suitable coverage, products, and benefits
  • Turn sales leads into policyholders
  • Represent the Liberty Mutual brand
  • Match customers with products tailored to their needs
  • Start paid remote training on your first day
  • Complete insurance licensing training if you are not yet licensed
  • Work in an office or from home, adjusting to schedules and policyholder needs

Талаптар

  • At least 2 years of sales- or service-related work experience
  • 2–3 years of sales experience is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to persuade and engage others
  • Clear communication with both prospective and current customers
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational abilities
  • Proficient typing and computer skills
  • A Property and Casualty insurance license; training is available for candidates who are not licensed
  • Residence in one of the specified hiring locations
  • Remain in your state of residence for at least one year before moving
  • Availability to work four weekdays and one weekend day
  • A professional workspace or room with a dedicated desk
  • Wired high-speed internet with at least 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload speeds
  • Satellite and mobile internet services are not accepted
  • Availability to work the designated shifts
