Process Analyst (Mid/Senior) – Remote in Brazil

Itix is seeking a Process Analyst to redesign AS IS-to-TO BE operations, deliver measurable improvements, and support Product, Legal, and Compliance teams.

Descriere

  • Map, redesign, and maintain processes supporting the company’s products and operations
  • Lead end-to-end AS IS-to-TO BE process journeys
  • Convert assessments into measurable improvements in efficiency, cost, quality, and regulatory compliance
  • Document current-state processes with Operations, Commercial, and Legal teams
  • Identify bottlenecks, rework, risks, and control points
  • Design future-state processes, quantify expected benefits, validate solutions, and provide structured feedback
  • Help Product teams translate processes into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Partner with Legal and Compliance to meet BACEN and ANTT regulatory requirements
  • Define and monitor process indicators and tactical OKRs
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities for automation and applied AI
  • Lead implementation activities, change plans, training, procedures, and adoption tracking
  • Manage the prioritized improvement backlog, visual management, and recurring executive status reports
  • Collaborate closely with Product squads

Cerințe

  • Demonstrated experience mapping and redesigning processes using BPMN, SIPOC, and value stream mapping in large, complex organizations
  • Experience delivering end-to-end continuous improvement initiatives with measured outcomes using Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA, or Kaizen
  • Experience working directly with business teams across different levels of digital maturity, including executive leadership
  • Ability to interpret operational and management data, including income statements, revenue, costs, and billing
  • Experience working in agile environments with squads, backlogs, and sprints
  • Experience using OKRs and performance indicators
  • Practical experience applying AI in day-to-day work
  • Knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and tools such as Bizagi, Lucidchart, Visio, or equivalent platforms
  • Knowledge of Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, SharePoint, Miro, advanced Excel, and Power BI; preferred qualifications include CBPP or Lean Six Sigma certification, regulated-business experience, BACEN or ANTT exposure, sector experience in transportation, logistics, mobility, payments, or financial services, and knowledge of process mining, RPA, Power Automate, workflows, Design Thinking, workshop facilitation, or agile certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, or Kanban.
