Descriere

  • Take ownership of each deal once it reaches commitment
  • Validate orders, configurations, and payment terms against the agreed sale
  • Guide purchase agreement changes through Legal to execution
  • Lead partner kickoff meetings with Sales and Partner Success
  • Apply approved pricing and promotional terms consistently
  • Manage site readiness across electrical capacity, clearances, floor loads, access, and freight requirements
  • Coordinate prerequisites, crew capacity, and delivery schedules with Operations and Field Service
  • Manage customer-facing timelines through installation and onsite training
  • Run the Install Readiness Gate and defer scheduling until all requirements are satisfied
  • Coordinate logistics with partners on installation days
  • Lead commercial closeout with Finance, including payment reconciliation, invoicing, HubSpot asset records, warranty registration, and completed sign-offs
  • Monitor payment milestones and escalate overdue payments to Finance
  • Verify onboarding completion before transferring accounts to Partner Success
  • Own and optimize the HubSpot fulfillment pipeline in partnership with RevOps
  • Keep fulfillment checklists and operational runbooks current
  • Measure cycle time, gate holds, rework, and installation timeliness
  • Establish a recurring process-improvement rhythm and communicate fulfillment capacity to Sales
  • Collaborate with Ammortal’s AI team on fulfillment tools

Cerințe

  • Use a CRM as the operational source of truth, including stages, required fields, task automation, and pipeline reporting
  • Use AI routinely to strengthen execution through checklist scoring, redline review, partner communications, and missed-handoff detection
  • Bring at least four years of experience in operations, fulfillment, project coordination, or post-sale delivery involving fixed installation or delivery dates
  • Lead cross-functional workflows through influence rather than formal authority
  • Be comfortable holding a scheduled date and clearly explaining when it cannot yet be confirmed
  • Communicate clearly in writing and document decisions where stakeholders can easily access them
  • HubSpot experience is preferred
  • Experience with Asana or a comparable cross-functional project management platform is preferred
  • Background in physical products, capital equipment, commercial fitness, hospitality, or wellness is preferred
  • Experience creating an SOP or runbook from the ground up and driving adoption is preferred
