Descriere

  • Maintain the property portfolio in good condition and ensure compliance with regulations covering asbestos, lead and Legionella
  • Manage emergencies affecting the safety of people and property
  • Lead major maintenance and component replacement projects across existing properties
  • Manage projects from initial planning through handover
  • Represent Alpes Isère Habitat in dealings with partners and contractors
  • Provide technical expertise for works programs
  • Prepare standard specifications and review Technical Asbestos Files (DTA) and Lead Exposure Risk Reports (CREP)
  • Define technical requirements and manage projects through handover
  • Lead projects addressing major building defects and safety-critical components
  • Monitor five-yearly technical inspections of elevators
  • Commission and coordinate preliminary studies
  • Lead multi-year programs, including playground renovation initiatives
  • Prepare tender documents, evaluate bids and monitor works
  • Manage emergency works in accordance with public procurement procedures
  • Create and facilitate cross-functional project teams
  • Coordinate project managers, inspection bodies, health and safety coordinators and contractors
  • Lead engineering studies and administrative planning procedures
  • Run works tenders in coordination with the Procurement Department
  • Monitor delivery, implement corrective actions and organize handovers
  • Verify the technical and financial viability of projects
  • Optimize project financing and track budgets through project closeout
  • Participate in consultations with tenants and tenant associations
  • Integrate social considerations into project design and delivery
  • Complete the technical, administrative, financial and legal closeout of projects
  • Organize lessons-learned reviews and implement resulting improvements
  • Collect and archive as-built records and update property portfolio data
  • Support departmental skills development, housing standards updates, and technical and regulatory monitoring

Cerințe

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5 equivalent), preferably in building engineering or thermal engineering
  • At least five years of substantial experience in real estate project development or architecture
  • Broad building-sector knowledge spanning construction technology, energy, urban planning, legal, financial and regulatory matters
  • Strong understanding of the legal and financial dimensions of project development and public procurement law
  • Proficiency with project-management digital tools, including business software, digital modeling and office productivity applications
  • Ability to use technical software applications
  • Ability to manage complex projects
  • Awareness of and curiosity about technical developments in the field
  • Strong teamwork and meeting-facilitation abilities
  • Negotiation and compromise skills
