Descriere
- Validate project scopes with clients to clarify implementation needs and requirements.
- Review contracts, commercial proposals, and technical documents to align sold scope with operational delivery.
- Prepare and verify implementation maps for accuracy before projects begin.
- Act as the primary contact for internal and external clients, coordinating alignment, clarifications, and issue resolution throughout implementation.
- Track request workflows to meet deadlines, SLAs, and quality standards.
- Identify risks, inconsistencies, and process improvement opportunities, and recommend efficiency-focused solutions.
- Support automation, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives across Back Office and Implementation processes.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Logistics, IT, Legal, and other support teams to deliver implementations efficiently.
Cerințe
- Experience in Back Office operations, implementation, projects, or operational planning.
- Experience reviewing contracts and commercial proposals and validating project scopes with clients.
- Experience preparing implementation maps and monitoring operational projects.
- Experience serving and managing relationships with corporate clients.
- Intermediate Excel proficiency.
- Completed bachelor’s degree.
