Descriere

  • Support individual clients and brokerage customers with taxable brokerage and IRA accounts
  • Enroll new clients
  • Review existing clients’ accounts annually and mid-year
  • Provide Premier IRA customers with investment advice in their best interest
  • Execute trades for IRA and taxable brokerage customers
  • Explain advisory services and retirement goal options to retail clients
  • Learn clients’ financial goals and describe managed account services
  • Comply with risk controls, policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Complete parts of customers’ financial plans
  • Identify client needs, prospective leads, and referral opportunities for the Wealth Advisor Team
  • Develop new business opportunities
  • Provide responsive, efficient client service through personal ownership, accurate information, and timely follow-up

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • At least four years of financial customer service experience
  • Experience with brokerage and mutual fund trading
  • FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 plus Series 65, or Series 66, registrations
  • FINRA fingerprinting is required
  • Strong written, spoken, and presentation skills
  • Experience serving retail, IRA, and/or 401(k) customers
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States
  • Visa sponsorship or sponsorship transfer is not available, including for CPT/OPT
  • Reliable high-speed internet through a wired connection
  • Fiber, cable, or DSL internet service
  • A home workspace with minimal interruptions
