Descriere

  • Build customer relationships by understanding needs, responding promptly, and delivering a positive customer experience.
  • Support lead follow-up, opportunity qualification, quotations, proposals, and order administration throughout the sales process.
  • Prepare standard and configured-to-order proposals while coordinating pricing and technical details with factory, engineering, and commercial teams.
  • Advance opportunities through closure, customer account setup, and an effective transition to operations.
  • Collaborate with sales and ABB teams to strengthen customer relationships, share market and competitor intelligence, and support sales objectives.
  • Act as a primary contact for customers requiring immediate assistance.
  • Report to the Services Inside Sales Manager.

Cerințe

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with at least two years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma/GED with at least five years of relevant experience.
  • Proposal or quotation development, sales support, or order administration experience is strongly preferred.
  • General knowledge of power transmission and distribution products or systems is preferred.
  • Previous business-to-business customer support experience is preferred.
  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering or another technical discipline is preferred.
  • Demonstrate technical knowledge of electrical products and services.
  • Learn processes quickly and apply creative thinking to solve problems.
  • Organize and prioritize work while responding confidently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interact directly with ABB customers and collaborate with operations teams, commercial proposal managers, sales managers, administrators, channel partners, and manufacturers’ representatives.
