Descriere
- Sell Agilent CrossLab service offerings to new and existing customers
- Identify, qualify, and develop sales opportunities
- Manage the sales pipeline and deliver accurate forecasts
- Pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Convert time-and-material customers to service contract customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to increase territory revenue
- Own the complete service contract renewal process
- Manage upcoming renewals and contact customers before contract expiration
- Prepare and maintain renewal quotes
- Support customer retention and reduce contract cancellations
- Expand service coverage opportunities during renewals
- Negotiate renewals within pricing guidelines
- Monitor and report renewal performance and sales opportunities
Cerințe
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- At least two years of inside sales or related sales experience
- Service contract, renewal, or aftermarket sales experience is preferred
- Strong communication, customer service, and negotiation abilities
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Occasional travel and day-shift availability required.
