Descriere

Manage a portfolio of customers with annualised spend between £8,000 and £70,000
Drive sales growth across premium and bespoke digital products
Develop client-focused advertising programmes that meet customer needs and Yell agency minimum-spend thresholds
Retain, develop, and expand customer product spend through high-performing digital marketing solutions
Partner with the Field Sales Manager and BDM team to generate high-quality referral opportunities
Support the training and professional development of BDMs across the territory
Build effective relationships with Digital Marketing Managers, product and commercial leaders, L&D, marketing, and finance teams
Deliver training sessions and onboarding programmes for new and existing colleagues
Promote best practices and help foster a high-performance sales culture

Cerințe

You must be based within the territory covering Yorkshire
At least three years of experience managing high-value digital advertising accounts
A strong record of digital sales success across customer growth and high-value acquisition
Strategic thinking and a strong understanding of digital marketing campaigns and technology
Resilience, discipline, and sustained determination
Confidence requesting testimonials that reinforce a client-focused approach
A proactive personal development plan focused on adapting to the digital market and tracking competitors
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex digital concepts clearly and concisely
