  • Manage inbound calls and warm sales leads.
  • Discuss customers’ insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage, products, and benefits.
  • Turn sales leads into policyholders.
  • Represent Liberty Mutual in customer interactions.
  • Connect customers with products tailored to their individual needs.
  • Complete paid licensing and training.
  • Support policyholders with varying schedules and in different environments.
  • Stay in your resident state for at least one year before relocating.
  • Work with policyholders across varying schedules and environments

Cerințe

  • Bring at least two years of sales or service-related experience; two to three years of sales experience is preferred.
  • Use strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.
  • Communicate effectively with prospects and customers.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Have proficient typing skills and PC experience.
  • Obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license after hire.
  • Reside in one of the specified hiring states.
  • Be available to work four weekdays and one weekend day.
  • Maintain a professional workspace with a dedicated desk.
  • Have wired high-speed internet with at least 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload speeds; satellite and mobile internet are not supported.
