Descriere

  • Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, ML engineers, and product managers to deliver AI-powered capabilities
  • Analyze billions of payment-network transactions to generate merchant intelligence
  • Apply PyTorch, AWS, vector databases, and LLMs to derive insights from numerical, tabular, and textual data
  • Provide domain expertise in natural language processing and large language models
  • Adapt, fine-tune, and deploy language models for business users
  • Connect complex machine-learning concepts to business value and strategic objectives
  • Investigate emerging technologies and advanced methods
  • Grow technical talent within the team and across the organization
  • Build production-scale models and contribute libraries, platforms, or solution-level code to existing products

Cerințe

  • Hold or be pursuing a bachelor’s, master’s, MBA, or PhD in a quantitative discipline, with the degree completed by the scheduled start date
  • Have 6 years of data analytics experience with a bachelor’s degree, 4 years with a master’s or MBA, or 1 year with a PhD
  • Have at least 1 year of experience using open-source programming languages for large-scale data analysis
  • Have at least 1 year of machine-learning experience
  • Have at least 1 year of experience working with relational databases
  • Have experience training language models
  • Demonstrate expertise in one or more areas such as training optimization, self-supervised learning, explainability, or RLHF
  • Show a record of delivering models at scale across training-data and inference volumes
  • Have experience integrating libraries, platforms, or solution-level code into existing products
  • Preferred: PhD in a STEM discipline and 3 years of model-development experience
  • Preferred: 4 or more years of experience with Python, Scala, or R
  • Preferred: 4 or more years of machine-learning experience
  • Preferred: 4 or more years of SQL experience
  • Have experience with LLMs, embedding models, and vector databases
  • Have experience designing and implementing AI workflows and autonomous AI agents
