Descriere

  • Advance the current agent layer into a multi-agent platform that can make autonomous decisions across pricing, procurement, logistics, and financing
  • Create a modular, event-driven architecture with clear agent responsibilities, shared memory, and coordinated execution
  • Build stateful, tool-enabled agents that interpret market data, inventory, credit exposure, and logistics constraints
  • Use trade results, pricing outcomes, and fulfillment data to create feedback loops that continuously improve decision-making
  • Establish observability and evaluation systems that make agent behavior auditable, diagnosable, and improvable
  • Keep the platform compatible with multiple underlying models
  • Design algorithms for working-capital allocation, dynamic exposure management, and automated financing triggers
  • Create continuously refreshed, AI-based approaches to credit-risk assessment
  • Balance liquidity and margin considerations within commercial decisions
  • Develop compliance and audit frameworks for financial products operating across jurisdictions
  • Lead and expand the 20-person engineering organization
  • Strengthen senior technical leadership and clarify ownership across domains
  • Manage external engineering partners through quality controls, integration standards, code reviews, and security requirements
  • Define clear accountability for systems, incidents, and architectural choices
  • Foster an engineering culture grounded in production reliability, rigorous evaluation, and strong observability
  • Hire selectively and present the technical roadmap, trade-offs, and risks to executives and the board

Cerințe

  • More than 10 years of engineering experience
  • At least five years leading technical teams at scale-ups or other high-growth companies
  • Proven experience building and running multi-agent AI systems in production
  • Advanced backend and distributed-systems expertise spanning event streaming, microservices, API design, database scaling, and observability platforms
  • Experience operating AI products in regulated or high-stakes commercial settings
  • Experience growing engineering organizations from 10 to more than 30 people while developing technical leaders
  • Working knowledge of fintech infrastructure, including credit platforms, payment flows, or embedded finance
  • Experience designing and overseeing hybrid engineering organizations that use external delivery partners
  • Strong command of LLM selection, fine-tuning, and evaluation
  • Hands-on experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, custom orchestration systems, or comparable tools
  • Architectural expertise in streaming data, real-time inference, and feature engineering for production machine-learning systems
  • Understanding of AI reliability practices, including rate limits, fallback mechanisms, latency budgets, cost models, and evaluation pipelines
