Application Consultant, SaaS Implementations
Implement PCMI’s SaaS platform for extended warranties, finance and insurance, and service contracts. Guide enterprise customers through workflow design, testing, adoption, and system improvements.
Descriere
- Facilitate planning and design workshops.
- Train customers to use PCRS.
- Help clients make key decisions and apply best practices.
- Advise customers on business solutions and product adoption.
- Address business challenges and process gaps.
- Lead consultative customer sessions in person and online.
- Review business operations and methods to identify best practices.
- Recommend responses to customer pain points, gaps, needs, and goals.
- Conduct user acceptance testing with customers.
- Assess operations after implementation to strengthen product adoption and improve business processes.
- Apply PCRS administration platform expertise across customers’ end-to-end business operations.
- Prepare project analysis materials, including business requirements, scope matrices, use cases, sequence diagrams, future-state proposals, and user acceptance test plans.
- Meet regularly with the project team to review deliverables and deadlines.
- Create and carry out test plans.
- Assist with system conversions, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Maintain at least 80% utilization within Professional Services.
Cerințe
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience as an application consultant in SaaS professional services.
- Experience across all aspects of enterprise SaaS implementations.
- Previous experience in the automotive industry, particularly aftermarket warranty services.
- Knowledge of automotive finance and insurance is a strong plus.
- Broad knowledge of insurance administration systems, business applications, and content management solutions.
- Availability to travel to client meetings, up to 5–10%.
- Remote hiring is limited to Alabama, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, North Carolina, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, and Wisconsin.
