Descriere

  • Own adoption and change management for assigned control accounts throughout each agent and tool release cycle
  • Deliver hands-on training, enablement sessions, and workshops for teams adopting AI agents and tools
  • Create account scripts, monitor their adoption, and assess agent impact
  • Develop tailored change materials, communications, process documentation, and quick-reference guides
  • Surface account-level adoption barriers and escalate practical recommendations
  • Help move initiatives from pilot or control-group testing into broader production deployment
  • Gather usability and adoption feedback through surveys, interviews, and observation
  • Translate feedback into actionable insights for product, implementation, and vertical leadership teams
  • Monitor and report utilization, adoption rates, and user sentiment
  • Suggest enhancements to training materials, rollout methods, and tool configurations
  • Establish working relationships with account leaders, key users, and cross-functional partners
  • Share release schedules, feature updates, and adoption milestones
  • Lead recurring touchpoints with account teams
  • Partner with vertical leadership, product groups, and enablement functions
  • Keep adoption dashboards and tracking systems current
  • Manage handoff and knowledge transfer as accounts reach full deployment
  • Work with Technology Advisory operations teams
  • Contribute to repeatable adoption playbooks and rollout best practices

Cerințe

  • 5–7 years of experience in change management, technology adoption, or digital transformation
  • Experience operationalizing technology by moving tools, platforms, or processes from pilot to scaled production use
  • Excellent communication and facilitation abilities
  • Background creating and delivering training or enablement for technical tools or process changes
  • Ability to gather, interpret, and apply user feedback to support continuous improvement
  • Experience monitoring adoption metrics, usage data, and user sentiment
  • Comfort working in a fast-changing environment
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and workstreams
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, information technology, organizational development, or a related discipline
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
