Descriere

  • Win new agency accounts and expand existing relationships.
  • Lead go-to-market sales and build strategic agency partnerships.
  • Grow new revenue, retention, and expansion across a portfolio of independent agency accounts.
  • Shape regional go-to-market plans and strategy.
  • Build and maintain pipeline through discovery, stakeholder engagement, and account planning.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from discovery through pricing, negotiation, and contract close.
  • Present a distinctive commercial perspective on AI-driven optimization and commerce media.
  • Create account strategies that identify opportunities for growth.
  • Coordinate handoffs, scoping, and partnership health with Industry leads, Client Success, Product, Legal, and the EVP.
  • Bring agency insights into product and go-to-market planning.
  • Oversee pipeline development, account planning, revenue forecasts, and internal resource use.
  • Plan budgets for client visits and industry events.
  • Work with and report to the EVP of Sales, AMER Independent Agency.

Cerințe

  • Bring at least five years of sales experience in AdTech, commerce media, or AI and data SaaS.
  • Show a record of exceeding quota in complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments.
  • Experience selling to independent agencies is strongly preferred.
  • Be able to lead a complete, discovery-led sales process.
  • Map stakeholders, uncover overlooked needs, and build agreement among agency principals, strategists, and operations leaders.
  • Demonstrate a track record with independent agencies and founder- or C-level clients.
  • Have experience managing consultative, complex sales cycles for agency organizations of varied sizes.
  • Offer a well-founded perspective on AI’s effectiveness for media buyers.
  • Apply strategic, creative commercial thinking centered on business outcomes.
  • Know the AdTech, MarTech, and independent agency landscape.
  • Understand how independent agencies operate and generate profit.
  • Work in the office three days per week.
