Administrative Assistant, Returns and Cancellations
Manage returns, cancellations, and tax invoices at Dexco, a Brazilian building materials manufacturer. Work with Salesforce, Cervello, and Sales, Logistics, and Finance teams.
Descriere
- Review Salesforce cases to determine whether returns are valid and identify their reasons.
- Create return and cancellation orders.
- Review return invoices and return letters (NFDs).
- Open Cervello tickets to place cases on hold.
- Extend return cases when needed.
- Review responses to reconciliation tickets in Cervello.
- Create replacement orders.
- Support internal Sales, Logistics, and Finance teams, as well as customers and partners.
- Open parameterization tickets in Cervello.
- Create protocols in the ANA tax application.
- Track pending return cases based on priorities set by leadership and the sales team.
- Attend alignment meetings with Sales and other strategic departments.
- Create Salesforce cases for employees in the Home Center sales channel.
Cerințe
- High school diploma.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of administrative procedures.
- Familiarity with computerized systems.
- Knowledge of returns, cancellations, and invoicing processes is preferred.
