Accounts Payable Assistant – Your Golf Travel (Hybrid, London)
Your Golf Travel is seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant to manage invoices, supplier payments, reconciliations, and month-end finance support. The role supports day-to-day accounts payable operations for a specialist golf travel company.
Descriere
- Process large volumes of invoices accurately and in line with internal policies
- Match invoices to records in the internal booking system
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies identified on invoices
- Reconcile supplier statements on a regular basis
- Run weekly payments through bank transfers and Virtual Credit Cards (VCC)
- Post payments and allocate them to the appropriate supplier accounts
- Oversee a designated portfolio of suppliers
- Maintain timely payments and an accurate aged creditors report
- Handle supplier queries by phone and email as the main point of contact
- Contribute to month-end closing activities
- Provide support with ad hoc reporting and operational tasks
- Report to the Accounts Payable Supervisor and Head of Accounts Payable
Cerințe
- Accounts payable experience is preferred
- Previous experience using an ERP system
- Strong Excel or Google Workspace skills are preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Integrity, trustworthiness, and a clear understanding of confidentiality
- Comfort working under pressure with a flexible approach
