Senior Deployed AI Engineer - Gemini

Apraksts

  • Create user-facing applications with TypeScript and React, plus backend services and APIs in Python or Node.
  • Develop agentic capabilities such as orchestration, tool and function calling, memory, and guardrails.
  • Build RAG pipelines for ingestion, chunking, embeddings, and vector or hybrid search.
  • Design and develop agents using Gemini models, Vertex AI, the Agent Development Kit, and Agent Engine.
  • Configure Gemini Enterprise features including Agent Designer, Inbox, and agent sandboxes.
  • Integrate Gemini Enterprise with client application environments using first-party and partner connectors, permissions, governance, and audit trails.
  • Develop grounded applications with Vertex AI Search, RAG Engine, Google Search grounding, and BigQuery.
  • Enable agent interoperability through A2A and MCP.
  • Create evaluation suites and regression tests for LLM features, while monitoring production cost, latency, and quality.
  • Deploy AI systems on GCP, Azure, or AWS and maintain their supporting data pipelines.
  • Use Claude Code, Gemini CLI, Codex, or Cursor daily with appropriate verification and review.
  • Report progress, trade-offs, and blockers to clients and project leads.
  • Provide pre-sales support as needed.
  • Mentor junior engineers.
  • Help develop internal accelerators, reusable components, and engineering standards.

Prasības

  • 3–5 years of experience in software or data engineering.
  • Substantial hands-on experience using AI tools and developing with LLMs during the past year.
  • Strong practical experience with Gemini models and Vertex AI; Gemini Enterprise or ADK experience is preferred.
  • At least one solution deployed to production on GCP.
  • Strong Python and TypeScript or JavaScript programming skills.
  • Experience developing and consuming APIs.
  • Front-end development experience with React or a comparable framework.
  • Experience with at least one backend framework.
  • Practical experience with RAG, embeddings, and vector search.
  • Experience with an agentic framework such as Google ADK, LangGraph, or LangChain.
  • Strong GCP experience; Azure or AWS experience is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with Claude Code, Gemini CLI, Codex, or Cursor.
  • Experience building and maintaining data pipelines.
  • Professional English proficiency at a minimum C1 or C2 level.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Obtain Google Cloud certification within the first two months if not already certified.
  • Current resume.
  • GitHub profile or portfolio demonstrating AI systems or full-stack projects built and shipped to production.
  • A 1–2 minute Loom video introducing yourself and discussing a production AI system, its evaluation, and reliability.
  • Portfolio and Loom video are required to advance to the next hiring stage.
