Interim HR Advisor – Manufacturing
Provide hands-on HR and employee relations support to managers at JELD-WEN’s Penrith manufacturing site. Help strengthen employee wellbeing and build a high-performing workplace culture.

- Advise managers on a broad range of people matters with practical HR guidance
- Manage employee relations cases, including investigations, disciplinary and grievance matters, and absence processes
- Coach managers on performance, attendance, and employee wellbeing
- Build trusted relationships across the site through regular floor walks and visible HR support
- Assist with recruitment, interviews, onboarding, probation, training, and HR administration
- Promote positive employee relations and contribute to a high-performing workplace culture
Prasības
- Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Generalist, ideally in manufacturing, industry, logistics, engineering, or another fast-paced operational setting
- Strong knowledge of employee relations
- Sound understanding of UK employment law
- Experience advising managers in a manufacturing, industrial, or operational environment
- Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
- Professional, proactive, and discreet approach to HR
