Apraksts

  • Generate new business for Gravie’s Level-Funded Comfort and ICHRA products through broker partnerships and direct employer relationships.
  • Follow a structured sales process across an assigned territory.
  • Achieve or surpass new-business targets for assigned territories and product lines.
  • Build and manage regional broker and consultant relationships that support consistent quoting activity.
  • Find and develop opportunities with small and midsize employer groups.
  • Present products and prepare proposals aligned with client needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on quoting, underwriting, and onboarding.
  • Keep CRM records current for pipeline activity and sales forecasts.
  • Track market trends, competing products, and regulatory developments affecting Level-Funded and ICHRA offerings.

Prasības

  • At least 3–7 years of sales experience in health insurance, benefits consulting, or stop-loss sales.
  • Established relationships with regional brokers and consultants are strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the health-benefits landscape and employer market.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational abilities.
  • Self-directed and motivated to exceed targets in a high-growth environment.
  • Currently authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must not need employer visa sponsorship now or in the future.
