Clinical Operations Liaison at Sprinter Health — Remote

Apraksts

  • Act as the primary day-to-day contact for NPs and Sprinters regarding timesheets, mileage, and documentation
  • Follow up on timesheet submissions, PTO entries and approvals, and sick-time records before payroll closes
  • Verify weekly mileage and hours against established policies and protocols
  • Review and abstract supporting records for mileage and time submissions
  • Approve expenses within defined parameters
  • Collect data and monitor peer audits and bonus incentives
  • Provide managers with complete weekly exception reports
  • Maintain attendance, call-off, and workforce-planning trackers
  • Monitor clinical-team training completion and annual compliance
  • Compile weekly and monthly operational reports
  • Assist with workforce logistics planning
  • Keep dashboards, trackers, and workforce metrics current
  • Manage administrative escalation trackers and follow up on outstanding items
  • Direct non-clinical operational issues to the appropriate teams
  • Maintain SOPs, workflows, and operational documentation
  • Track project milestones and action items while supporting workflow launches
  • Participate in internal audits, identify documentation gaps, and recommend process improvements
  • Identify recurring workflow problems and suggest corrective solutions
  • Protect confidential information and follow HIPAA and other applicable standards
  • Report to the Director of Quality & Training

Prasības

  • At least two years of experience in operations, coordination, or administrative support
  • At least two years of demonstrated success identifying and implementing AI-driven solutions to optimize workflows and operational performance
  • Experience managing multiple workflows, trackers, or reports concurrently
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal daily direction
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with EHR systems and Google tools
  • Reliable internet access and a dedicated, secure workspace
  • Availability during CST or PST working hours
  • Familiarity with multistate payroll or leave compliance is preferred
  • Experience in healthcare operations, medical group administration, home health, or home care is preferred
  • Experience supporting a distributed or regional field team is preferred
  • Previous experience with Rippling or a comparable HRIS platform is preferred
  • Willingness to accept a temporary position
  • Full-time availability Monday through Friday
