  • Architect and implement scalable AWS data platform and Generative AI or Agentic AI solutions
  • Apply the AWS Well-Architected Framework to optimize security, performance, reliability, and cost
  • Document architectural decisions and the trade-offs behind them
  • Convert customer business challenges into measurable technical requirements and clear goals
  • Advance and refine existing technical standards
  • Support technical pre-sales, project scoping, and Statement of Work development
  • Build Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions with AWS Bedrock
  • Design agents with tool use, MCP integrations, and multi-step orchestration
  • Implement human-in-the-loop workflows with approvals, escalations, and review cycles
  • Create evaluation and quality processes for LLM and agent-based systems
  • Guide customers toward practical and responsible GenAI and Agentic AI adoption
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor and contribute to customer workshops
  • Explain complex technologies in terms of clear business value
  • Coach and mentor junior team members
  • Contribute to internal standards, best practices, and training initiatives

Reikalavimai

  • At least five years of experience in cloud, data, software, or machine learning engineering, including two or more years owning end-to-end architectures
  • Strong practical expertise with AWS
  • Extensive experience designing data engineering and ETL architectures
  • Experience delivering Generative AI or Agentic AI projects
  • Advanced Python programming skills
  • Fluent English
  • Professional proficiency in German
  • AWS certification is a plus
  • Pre-sales or technical leadership experience is a plus
  • Consulting or customer-facing project experience is a plus
  • Experience with AWS Connect is a plus
  • Practical infrastructure-as-code experience with Terraform or an equivalent tool is a plus
  • Experience customizing, fine-tuning, and distilling LLMs is a plus
  • Hands-on MLOps experience covering model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management is a plus
  • Experience with Kafka or other streaming technologies is a plus
